Peach Cobbler

This is one of the most popular.  I start with a yellow cupcake and put peaches, plus their juices, on the top so that as it bakes the peach flavor soaks through the batter and creates what some have described as a peach heaven.  Just like the others it is topped with the whip cream frosting that only makes the peach flavor pop even more.
