Apple Crisp

This cupcake is my own creation born of a love of apple crisp.  It has a spice cake as the base with a filling of apples baked into it.  To top it off there is the crisp oatmeal topping that we all love.  With my signature whip cream frosting this becomes an amazing mouthful of heaven.  You won't want to share this cupcake, in fact, you will probably want two!
